These terms and conditions apply to purchases on www.geggamoja.com/eu. By confirming your order, you also confirm that you accept these terms. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental/guardian approval to place an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail to support@geggamoja.com) within the 14-day period.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another product, please place a new order.
2. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout.
Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (displayed at checkout).
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, sales), delivery may take longer.
Customers outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT.
3. Delays & Cancellation
In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you. You are entitled to cancel your order free of charge if you do not accept a new delivery time. Any prepayments will be refunded promptly.
4. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €20 to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
5. Prices & Availability
All prices are shown in Euro (€), including VAT (where applicable).
We reserve the right to correct obvious price errors and adjust prices where necessary.
If a product is out of stock, we may cancel the order or offer an equivalent replacement.
6. Payment

Payment is processed immediately upon checkout. PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.
7. Gift Cards & Discounts
Gift cards and discount codes are valid only once, within their stated validity period, and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
If items purchased with a discount or gift card are returned, the refunded amount will be adjusted proportionally.
8. Complaints & Warranty
You have a legal right to make a complaint if an item is faulty, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The warranty period is 2 years.

If you purchased your product from a retailer, please contact them directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer it to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive your return or after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds are made using the same payment method used at purchase.

11. Cookies

12. Force Majeure
Geggamoja is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, technical issues).
