These terms and conditions apply to purchases on www.geggamoja.com for customers outside the EU (excluding Norway). By confirming your order, you also confirm that you accept these terms. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental/guardian approval to place an order.

1. Returns / Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day after you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason for returning an item, but you must notify us by e-mail: support@geggamoja.com.


Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.


Returned items must be in their original condition. If items have been used or handled in a way that reduces their value, we may make a deduction from your refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges – please place a new order if you want another product.

2. Delivery & Shipping


Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.


Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (displayed at checkout).


Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country (normally 5–10 business days). Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Important: Customers outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT, but local customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delays & Cancellation

If your order is delayed, we will notify you. You are entitled to cancel your order without charge if you do not accept a new delivery time. Prepayments will be refunded promptly.

4. Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €20 (or equivalent in local currency) to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

5. Prices & Availability


Prices are shown in Euro (€), excluding VAT for customers outside the EU.


We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.


If a product is out of stock, we may cancel your order or offer an equivalent replacement.

6. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.

7. Gift Cards & Discounts

Gift cards and discount codes are valid once, within their stated validity period, and cannot be applied retroactively.

If items purchased with a discount or gift card are returned, the refund will be adjusted proportionally.

8. Complaints & Warranty

If you receive a faulty item, please contact support@geggamoja.com.


We offer a standard warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.


Local consumer protection laws in your country may provide additional rights.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to use local dispute resolution mechanisms in your country of residence.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used at purchase.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation) and applicable international standards. Please see our Privacy Policy on the website.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve your shopping experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site may not work properly without them.

12. Force Majeure

Geggamoja is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical issues).
