Are you looking for a comfortable bathrobe or dressing gown for your children - or maybe even for yourself? Then you've come to the right place! The bathrobe or dressing gown as many call it is a perfect garment after a dip in the bathtub or cozying up on the beach. Or why not just at Sunday breakfast with the family? Regardless, the bathrobe or dressing gown is a very practical garment that is comfortable and useful all year round. We at Geggamoja have chosen to offer bathrobes in both children's and adult sizes - so that the whole family can cozy up and match!

Geggamoja's bathrobes are available in the following sizes:

Kids: 74/80-146/152
Women: S-XL
Men: S-XL

Geggamoja's popular bathrobes were created when one of the founders, Anna, had her own children as children. Their family time after the bath could easily turn into chaos when the belt on the bathrobe was always missing or untied. As a result, Anna designed a bathrobe with a smooth zipper in lovely terry cloth and with soft interlock material on the inside. Not only that... the bathrobe also got a fun and functional reversible feature, which you can read more about below:

Reversible bathrobes

The majority of our popular bathrobes have a reversible feature. This playful and practical feature allows the garment to adapt to the user's wishes. Our bathrobes also have zippers, so you don't have to worry about a belt dragging behind you.

Why do we love our reversible bathrobes?

Possibility of variation:
A reversible bathrobe gives your child the opportunity to vary their look by simply turning the bathrobe over. Depending on the mood or occasion, the child can choose which side of the bathrobe suits them best and create a completely new look in just a few seconds. It's like having two bathrobes in one - amazing, right?

Easy to match: With a reversible bathrobe, you can easily match it with different swimwear or outfits, as you have two colors/patterns to choose from.

Longer use time & durability: If one side of the bathrobe becomes dirty or worn, you can easily turn it over and continue using the bathrobe without the need for immediate washing.
It can extend the life of your bathrobe!

Furthermore, a reversible bathrobe means you can vary its appearance without having to buy multiple bathrobes, which from an environmental perspective saves on the earth's resources and from an economic point of view benefits your wallet.

FAQ - Questions and answers about bathrobes

  • Bathrobes are great for keeping children warm and comfortable after a bath or shower. They act as an extra layer that helps retain body heat and wick away excess moisture.

This is especially important for children who are sensitive to temperature changes and need a little extra warmth when they get out of the bath.

  • Bathrobes made from 100% organic cotton are ideal because they are soft, absorbent and gentle on sensitive skin.

The cotton material is also breathable and helps prevent overheating, making it comfortable to wear year-round.

  • Choose a bathrobe that is slightly larger than the child's actual size to provide extra freedom of movement and comfort.

Keep in mind that bathrobes with zippers instead of ties are easier for children to put on and take off themselves, which increases ease of use and safety.

  • Yes, children can wear bathrobes all year round. They are perfect for keeping warm after a bath, but can also be used to snuggle up at home on chilly mornings or evenings. In the summer, lighter cotton bathrobes can be used as a cool and airy garment.

  • Machine wash the bathrobe on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener as it can reduce the absorbency of the cotton.

For best results, let the bathrobe air dry or use the dryer on low heat to preserve its softness and shape.

  • Bathrobes with zippers are practical because they are easier for children to put on and take off compared to bathrobes with straps. This reduces the risk of the bathrobe riding up or becoming too loose, giving the child more freedom to move and play without having to adjust the garment.
