Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you or someone you have appointed has received the item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You can contact our customer service or use the EU standard withdrawal form available on our website.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. You are only responsible for any depreciation of the item that has occurred due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the item's properties and function.
Upon approved return, the purchase amount including any standard shipping for the original delivery will be refunded. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. However, we reserve the right to wait with the refund until we have received the item or until you have shown that the item has been sent back.
Return fee for canceled purchase:
- Sweden: 59 SEK
- Norway: 99 NOK
- EU/Germany: 9.90 EUR
The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or have a clear personal imprint, as well as other products that are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer legislation.
