Guarantee & Fixing

    Our warranty offers protection against maker faults.

    The guarantee covers any fault in making, design, or materials. Please inform us within 2 months of spotting any faults.

    It does not cover impacts, wrong use, or other problems not caused by maker faults.

  • You can add a lengthened guarantee to your products for an extra charge.

  • The extended guarantee may have a different price depending on the kind of product and the length of the extension.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we offer full and partial repayments.

  • A request for repayment can be made within one month after the purchase.

  • In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areentitled to a full refund.

    In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areentitled to a partial refund.
