Order & Delivery

When your order leaves our warehouse, an email with a tracking link will be sent to you. This way, you know that your delivery is on its way and you should receive a notification within 48 hours. Feel free to download the My Packages App to be able to follow your deliveries.

We always strive to send your order within 2–3 working days. During SALE periods and before Christmas, the delivery time may be somewhat longer due to higher workload in handling.

At our checkout, we offer several shipping options. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout.

If for any reason you have not collected your package from the agent, and the package has been returned to us, you will be charged 195 Kr/19.5 Euro for the uncollected package. The uncollected package will be treated as a return. The fee will be deducted from the customer's refund via the payment method the customer used when placing their order.

An order already placed cannot be canceled if it has progressed far in the packing process at our warehouse. If the order has left our warehouse, you must return the order according to the instructions. Please note that uncollected packages will be charged 195 SEK.
Return & Right of Withdrawal

When your return has been processed by us, we will update your order and the refund will be made to your payment method. Please note that the amount refunded is minus the shipping cost.
If you have chosen to pay by card/direct payment, the money will be deposited to the card/account you used for the purchase within about 2-3 banking days after the processing of your return has been initiated.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can easily do so by placing a new order. The item you wish to exchange should be returned to us for a refund.
Once our warehouse has received your return, you will be refunded via the payment method you used at the time of order.
If you used a discount code or purchased the item during a sale at the time of order, please contact our customer service after you have received the new order. We can then help you refund the difference.

Sometimes mistakes happen and a product needs to be claimed. Contact our customer service at kundtjanst@geggamoja.com. Attach pictures, order number, and explain the problem you are experiencing. We will get back to you; do not send in any product before your case has been handled.
Campaigns & Prices

There can be many reasons why a discount code can no longer be activated.
Here are the most common reasons.
1. You may have used the code before; our codes are valid for one purchase only.
2. You have placed items in the shopping cart, activated the code, but then had problems with the payment. In that case, the code has already been used, and we ask you to contact kundtjanst@geggamoja.com for assistance.
3. Does the code apply to the items in your shopping cart? Our codes do not apply to already reduced products. If you have a code that applies to reduced items, this will be communicated along with the code. -
Promotions with reduced prices cannot be combined with discount codes.
In the case of more sales promotions, for example: buy X and get Y for free or at a reduced price. If you wish to return X, the regular price for Y will be charged.
The same applies to discount codes over a certain amount. Example: 100 SEK discount on purchases over 600 SEK. If a return occurs and the amount falls below 600 SEK, 100 SEK will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

After you have bought a gift certificate, you will receive a code by email.
When making a purchase, the code is then entered at the checkout. If the entire amount of the gift certificate is not used, the code remains loaded and can be used for another purchase. -
All prices are stated in Swedish crowns, including VAT. Any shipping costs will be added depending on the chosen shipping option at checkout during the order. We do not offer a price guarantee, and the price at checkout is final. The price is accepted upon completion of the order.
Product images and information on the website cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the item, and we also reserve the right for price adjustments, technical errors, sold-out items, stock differences, and printing errors on our website or in our advertisements.
Payment & Invoice

Together with Qliro Bank, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Qliro: Pay directly, Pay later, Split payment, Swish. The payment methods Qliro offers you as a customer will be visible at checkout. If you wish to contact Qliro, the easiest way is by phone: 020-043 00 30 or their live chat.

Together with Qliro, Sweden, we offer invoice as a payment option where the payment is made directly to Qliro: Your invoice is sent by email to you when your delivery leaves our warehouse. Sometimes you may receive your invoice before your delivery has reached you. See it as a sign that your delivery is on its way - Contact Qliro if you have any questions about your invoice.

You can postpone the due date on your invoice. The easiest way to do this is through Qliro's app. You can also go to "My pages" on Qliro's website and postpone the due date.

Most of Geggamoja's children's clothing is made from organic cotton and durable materials certified by GOTS. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. Geggamoja is one of the few Swedish children's clothing companies in Sweden certified by GOTS and is annually reviewed by an independent third party.
GOTS sets requirements for the entire manufacturing process, cultivation, harvest, production, and packaging. If you want to read more, please visit www.global-standard.org. Other sustainable products are made from durable materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, and more. -
Our clothes are roomy in size and we offer double sizes. Our design and measurements are adapted for double sizes.
Children's clothes should fit comfortably so that children can play freely. Therefore, our jeans and trousers often have adjustable elastic waistbands.More information and size guides can be found under each garment.

We have created a size guide to help you choose the right size for your garment.
Children grow at different rates, so sizes may vary from child to child. Our sizes are given in centimeters and are based on the child's height.Measure the child's height from head to foot – this is the best way to find the right size.
If your child falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size so the garment can be used longer.At the product, you will find a size guide to help you make a decision.

It is important to wash properly – both to preserve the lifespan of the garments and to be kind to the environment.
Geggamojas clothes are best washed at 40 degrees Celsius; do not tumble dry the garments. Clothes made of cotton/bamboo have about 5% shrinkage allowance.
The temperature indicated in the garment's washing instructions is a guideline for what the garment can withstand when washed, but it is not a requirement for the garment to become clean. Often, the garment is not so dirty that you cannot wash it at a lower temperature than what is stated on the care label. Washing garments at lower temperatures is gentler on the garment and the environment. Less energy is used when washing at lower temperatures, and the garment's material and colors last longer.
