The following terms and conditions apply to www.geggamoja.com. By placing your order, you also confirm that you have accepted these terms and conditions. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the permission of a guardian to order from us.

1. Right of withdrawal/Return

An order that has already been placed cannot be cancelled due to technical reasons. Please email kundtjanst@geggamoja.com if you have any questions or concerns.

The cost of return shipping is 59 SEK or 99 SEK within Sweden.

According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. If you exercise your right of cancellation, you as a consumer must return or send the goods back to Geggamoja within 14 days. (Chapter 2, Section 13, DAL). The cancellation period begins on the day after you have received your goods. Please note that if the goods or packaging have been handled carelessly and if labels have been removed, we reserve the right to make a price deduction for the current decrease in value.

If you pay for the return shipping yourself, Geggamoja will not be responsible for the return cost, but you will be charged SEK 59.

If you have chosen Qliro as your payment option, you should postpone the due date on your invoice by 10 days, or pay part of the amount. You will then receive a refund after we have received your return. You can adjust this via "my Qliro".

We cannot offer exchanges, but we recommend a new purchase. In the event of a wrong delivery, please email customerservice@geggamoja.com so that we can help you in the best way possible.

2. Delivery & Shipping

You will be notified when your items leave the warehouse. Our free shipping limit is over 799 SEK. (Does not apply to home delivery)

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally dispatched from us within 2-3 working days after the order confirmation has been sent and can be expected within 5 working days (within Sweden). During peak seasons, such as Christmas, sales etc., it may take longer to deliver your order.

At checkout, indicate your shipping method and cost depending on where in the country you live.

Abroad:

We currently ship to most countries but we may not ship to certain countries outside the EU. If you have a question about whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact our customer service at customerservice@geggamoja.com We will get back to you with a quick answer. Customers living outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT.

3. Delay/Change of order

In the event of any delay caused by Geggamoja, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost, unless you agree to a new delivery time. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have paid in advance, the money will be returned to your account within a few days.

Should it be the case that a product is out of stock due to a balance error, Geggamoja has the right to deliver remaining products.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or undone.

4. Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not collected, GEGGAMOJA reserves the right to charge the customer SEK 195 for shipping, return shipping and handling costs. Geggamoja is not responsible for which delivery point the carrier chooses to leave your shipment at.

5. Products in stock/price

All products that can be purchased on the website are in stock. We always strive to have the correct balance information on our webshop. Should the balance not be correct, we have the right to: 1. Cancel your purchase 2. Offer an equivalent product for the same amount.
We aim for all products to be priced according to the price list. Promotional prices are not corrected afterwards, the price at the time of order is the one that applies.
All prices on the website are stated in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

6. Payment method

At www.geggamoja.com/SE you can pay securely through Qliro. Qliro offers invoice and card payment. Choose the payment method that suits you best.
If you choose to pay by invoice, a quick credit check will be made in connection with your order and you will be notified immediately if you have been approved. Payment period is 14 days. Please note that you must fill in the correct address and postal code for your invoice purchase to be approved.

If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact our partner Qliro, who administers all our invoices. You can reach them easily and conveniently via their customer service. The invoice will be received at the invoice address you provided when placing the order.

7. Gift cards

If you have received a gift card, you can pay with the code at checkout by activating the code.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions with reduced prices are time-limited. Promotions cannot normally be combined and any discount codes are only valid once per customer and purchase. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

For purchases that qualify for a gift or discount, the value of the gift/discount is considered a general discount on the full amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price minus their relative share of the general discount.

If you return an item in a combined shipping campaign - buy&get - the invoice will be adjusted to the full charge of the "free" item.

If you return an item where a discount has been applied to the purchase price, the discount will be forfeited if the purchase price does not meet the terms of the discount.

When exchanging, the original basis for the gift or discount is not recalculated. Promotions and any discount codes are only available for new purchases via the webshop and cannot be obtained retroactively. Promotions cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when exchanging for another item.

9. Complaints

We comply with the Consumer Sales Act in the event of any complaints, see www.konsumentverket.se The right of complaint is 3 years.
To receive a complaint, you need to fill out our complaint form which you will find here .

Please note! If you have purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact your store with your complaint. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement between our customer service and you, you as a customer can contact the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board. The Swedish Consumer Complaints Board has a telephone number of 08-508 860 00.

If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also have the option to use the EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform in the event of any disputes. The platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint via the platform, you will need to provide our email address: kundtjanst@geggamoja.com.

10. Refund

When making a refund, your money will be refunded within 30 days, regardless of whether you paid by card or via invoice.

11. Invoice issues

12. Pictures

We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact color of the products. Some color difference may occur depending on the type of monitor and resolution you have. Our goal is to always have an updated website/webshop.

13. Personal data

At Geggamoja, we value your privacy and always strive for a high level of data protection (e.g. we would never sell your personal information to another company). This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. It is important that you read and understand the policy and feel confident in our processing of your personal information. We may also contact you as both a business and private customer to ask if you would like to leave a review after completing an order. This is completely voluntary, and you will be contacted no more than once per year, even if you place multiple orders.

14. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is saved and retrieved from your computer or mobile during subsequent visits. geggamoja.com uses cookies to improve and simplify your visit. We do not use cookies to store personal information, or to disclose information to third parties. There are two types of cookies, permanent and temporary (session cookies). 15. Force Majeure

Geggamoja is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control. This may include, for example, labor disputes, strikes, blockades, wars, natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, technical problems, disruptions in electricity/telephone/data connections or other similar events that are beyond our control and that we could not reasonably have foreseen or avoided.

In such situations, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If the circumstance persists for more than two months, both the customer and Geggamoja have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect without any obligation to pay compensation.
