The following terms and conditions apply on www.geggamoja.com by confirming your order you also confirm that you have accepted these terms and conditions. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental consent to order from us.

1. Right of Withdrawal/Return
Orders already placed cannot be canceled due to technical reasons. Please email kundtjanst@geggamoja.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Cost for return shipping is 59 kr or 99 kr within Sweden.
According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, you as a consumer must within 14 days return or send back the item to Geggamoja. (Chapter 2, Section 13 DAL). The time limit for the right of withdrawal starts the day after you have received your item. Be careful, if the item or packaging has been handled carelessly and if labels have been removed, we reserve the right to make a price deduction for the current depreciation.
If you pay for the return shipping yourself, Geggamoja does not cover the return cost and you will be charged 59 kr.
If you have chosen Qliro as a payment option, you should postpone the due date on your invoice by 10 days, or alternatively pay part of the amount. You will then receive a refund after we have received your return. You adjust this via "my Qliro".
We cannot offer exchanges, but we recommend a new purchase. In case of incorrect delivery, please email kundtjanst@geggamoja.com so that we can assist you in the best way.
2. Delivery & Shipping
You will be notified when your goods leave the warehouse. Our free shipping threshold is over 799 kr. (does not apply to home delivery)
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally shipped from us within 2-3 business days after the order confirmation has been sent and can be expected within 5 business days (within Sweden). During peak seasons, such as Christmas, sales, etc., it may take longer to deliver your order.

At checkout, your shipping method and cost will be shown depending on where in the country you live.
Abroad:
Currently, we ship to most countries but it may happen that we do not ship to certain countries outside the EU. If you have a question about whether we ship to a certain location or not, please contact our customer service at kundtjanst@geggamoja.com and we will get back to you quickly. Customers living outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT.
3. Delay/Change of order
In case of delay caused by Geggamoja, you have the right to cancel the purchase without extra cost if you do not accept a new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have prepaid, the money will be refunded to your account within a few days.
Should there, against all odds, be a product out of stock due to stock error, Geggamoja has the right to deliver the remaining products.
Placed orders cannot be canceled or revoked.
4. Uncollected packages
For packages not picked up, GEGGAMOJA reserves the right to charge the customer 195 SEK for handling fees, return shipping, and processing costs. Geggamoja is not responsible for which pickup location the carrier chooses to leave your shipment at.
5. Products in stock/price
All products available for purchase on the website are in stock. We always strive to have accurate stock information on our webshop. Should the stock, against all odds, not be correct, we reserve the right to: 1. Cancel your purchase 2. Offer an equivalent product for the same amount.
We aim for all products to have prices according to the price list. Promotional prices are not corrected afterwards; the price at the time of order applies.
All prices on the website are stated in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
6. Payment methods
At www.geggamoja.com/SE you can pay securely through Qliro. Qliro offers invoice and card payment. Choose the payment method that suits you best.
If you choose to pay by invoice, a quick credit check is done at the time of your order and you will immediately be informed if you have been approved. The payment term is 14 days. Please make sure to enter the correct address and postal code for your invoice purchase to be approved.
If you have any questions regarding your invoice, you should contact our partner Qliro who manages all our invoices. You can easily and conveniently reach them via their customer service. The invoice is sent to the invoice address provided at the time of order.
7. Gift cards
If you have received a gift card, you can pay at checkout with the code by activating the code.
8. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions with reduced prices are time-limited. Promotions generally cannot be combined and any discount codes are only valid once per customer and purchase. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
For purchases that entitle to a gift or discount, the value of the gift/discount is considered a general discount on the entire amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price minus their relative share of the general discount.
If you return an item in a send-along campaign - buy&get - the invoice will be adjusted to full charge for the "free" item.
If you return an item where a discount is applied to the purchase amount, the discount will be removed if the purchase amount does not meet the conditions for the discount.
For exchanges, no recalculation of the original basis for gift or discount is made. Campaigns and any discount codes are only available for new purchases via the webshop and cannot be obtained retroactively. Campaigns cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when exchanging for another item.
9. Complaints
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act for any complaints, see www.konsumentverket.se . The complaint right is 3 years.
To receive a complaint, you need to fill out our complaint form which you can find here .
Please note! If you have purchased your item from one of our retailers, contact your store with your complaint. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with our customer service and you, you as a customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Complaints. The National Board for Consumer Complaints has the phone number 08-508 860 00.
If you as a consumer live within the EU, you also have the option to use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) for any disputes. The platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When you submit a complaint via the platform, you need to provide our email address: kundtjanst@geggamoja.com.
10. Refund
In case of a refund, your money will be refunded within 30 days regardless of whether you paid by card or invoice.
11. Invoice questions

12. Images
We cannot guarantee that the images reproduce the exact color of the products. A slight color difference may occur depending on the type of screen and resolution you have. Our goal is to always have an updated website/webshop.
13. Personal Data
At Geggamoja, we care about your personal privacy and always strive for a high level of data protection (for example, we would never sell your personal data to another company). This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. It is important that you read and understand the policy and feel confident in our handling of your personal data. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions at kundtjanst@geggamoja.com.
We may also contact you as both a business and private customer to ask if you would like to leave a review after a completed order. This is completely voluntary, and you will be contacted at most once per year even if you place multiple orders.

14. Cookie
A cookie is a small text file that is saved and retrieved from your computer or mobile device during subsequent visits. geggamoja.com uses cookies to improve and simplify your visit. We do not use cookies to store personal information or to share data with third parties. There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for a certain period. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser.
You can easily delete cookies from your computer or mobile device via your browser. Instructions on how to manage and remove cookies can be found under "Help" in your browser. Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, you will not be able to access all functions on the site.

15. Force Majeure
Geggamoja is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control. This may include labor disputes, strikes, blockades, war, natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, technical problems, disruptions in electricity/telecom/data connections, or other similar events beyond our control that we could not reasonably foresee or avoid.
In such situations, our commitments are postponed as long as the event lasts. If the circumstance persists for more than two months, both the customer and Geggamoja have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect without any obligation to pay compensation.
