The return portal

You can return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returning an order costs SEK 59 and will be deducted from your refund.
  • You received a return label in your shipment.

To make it easy to return your goods, we always include a return shipping label in the package – normally for the shipping method and carrier you used when you purchased the package. If you use our shipping label, we charge 59 SEK for return shipping from a representative in Sweden.

We normally handle returns within 5 days of receiving it.

We work with our payment partner Qliro. At Qliro you can mark that you have returned part or all of your order. If you have paid by invoice or partial payment, your invoice will be paused until the return is processed. If you have paid by card or direct bank transfer, you will be quickly refunded when your return is received.

We recommend downloading the Qliro app – it's a great way to manage payments, invoices, reminders and returns.

Right of withdrawal

At Geggamoja, the right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act – you always have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the date you receive your order. If you want to return an item, you can do so easily via our returns portal. The cost of return shipping is 59 SEK.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges - if you want a different item, we recommend that you place a new order.

In order for us to approve a return, the item must be in saleable condition :

  • The product must be unused.

  • Original packaging and any labels must be retained.

  • Any manuals and accessories must be attached.

  • The product must be packed in an outer packaging – do not tape the original packaging.

You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned and not damaged during transport. If the product or packaging has been handled carelessly, we have the right to make deductions from the refund.

We normally process returns as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days. From the time we receive the package at our warehouse. Refunds are made via the same payment method as when purchasing, no later than 30 days. Always save your order confirmation and receipt - these are needed for us to be able to process your return.

Uncollected packages at agent

If you do not pick up your package, we will charge a fee of SEK 195 for shipping, return shipping and handling costs.

We recommend that you always pick up your package and then make a return via our returns portal - it will be both smoother and cheaper for you.

Home delivery not received

If you have ordered home delivery but do not receive the package as agreed with the shipping company, the package will be returned to us. You will then be charged for the actual shipping costs (round trip) and a handling fee.

Product complaint

We follow the Consumer Sales Act and you have a 3-year right of complaint. Complaints apply to original defects – not normal wear and tear.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect, but no later than within 2 months.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order. We only accept returns if the item is in new condition and unused. The item must still have its labels. We offer a longer right of return for Christmas and holidays.

  • From the time the return arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 14 days for the money to be in your account. You will be updated on the process during this time.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to place a new order.

  • We charge a shipping fee of SEK 59 or SEK 99 depending on which shipping service you choose for a return. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • If there is something wrong with your product, please follow the steps in the returns portal where you also attach pictures of the product. Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you for further processing. At Geggamoja, you have a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
