Return portal

You can return one or more products for a refund within 14 days after you received your order.

  •  Returning an order costs 59 kr and will be deducted from your refund.
  • In your shipment, you received a return label.

To make it easy to return your items, we always include a return shipping label in the package – usually for the shipping method and carrier you used when you purchased the package. If you use our shipping label, we charge 59 Kr for return shipping from agents in Sweden.

We normally process returns within 5 days from when we received them.

We collaborate with our payment partner Qliro. At Qliro, you can mark that you have returned part or all of your order. If you have paid by invoice or installment, your invoice will be paused until the return is processed. If you have paid by card or direct bank, you will be quickly refunded once your return is received.

We recommend that you download Qliro's app – it is a fantastic way to manage payments, invoices, reminders, and returns.

Right of withdrawal

With Geggamoja, the right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act – you always have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the time you receive your order. If you want to return an item, you can easily do so via our return portal. The cost for return shipping is 59 SEK.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges – if you want another item, we recommend that you place a new order.

For us to approve a return, the item must be in resalable condition:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The original packaging and any labels must remain.

  • Any manuals and accessories must be included.

  • The product must be packed in an outer packaging – do not tape on the original packaging.

You as the customer are responsible for returning the item and ensuring it is not damaged during transport. If the product or packaging has been handled carelessly, we have the right to deduct from the refund.

We normally process returns as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from when we have received the package at our warehouse. Refunds are made via the same payment method as the purchase, no later than within 30 days. Always keep your order confirmation and receipt – these are needed for us to process your return.

Uncollected packages at agents

If you do not pick up your package, we charge a fee of 195 SEK for handling fee, return shipping, and handling costs.

We recommend that you always pick up your package and then make a return via our return portal – it will be both smoother and cheaper for you.

Unreceived home delivery

If you have ordered home delivery but do not receive the package according to the agreement with the shipping company, the package will be returned to us. You will then be charged for the actual shipping costs (round trip) as well as a handling fee.

Product complaint

We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and you have a 3-year right of complaint. Complaints apply to original defects – not normal wear and tear.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect, but no later than within 2 months.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the time you have received your order. We only accept returns if the item is in new condition and unused. The item must retain its tags. Before Christmas and holidays, we offer an extended return policy.

  • From the return arriving at our warehouse, it can take up to 14 days before the money is in your account. You will be updated about the process in the meantime.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. You must place a new order.

  • We charge a shipping fee of 59 SEK or 99 SEK depending on which shipping service you choose for a return. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • If there is any defect with your item, we ask you to follow the steps in the return portal where you also attach pictures of the item. Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you for further handling. With us at Geggamoja, you have a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
